Liposuction (Lipoplasty)

This surgical procedure is relatively less invasive and successfully removes fat from specific areas of the body (abdomen, chest, back, hips, buttocks, thighs, arms or neck).  It is important to understand that it is not considered as a weight-loss alternative if you are overweight, but rather a body contouring procedure.

Liposuction can target certain areas of the body as some patients find that even with a diet and exercise, stubborn areas remain the same. Scarring from liposuction is negligible, as entry points a small and often placed in areas natural to body contours so as to be less obvious.

It is important to discuss specific requirements during the Consultation where the procedure and adverse events are discussed in detail.

Procedure
